This event is for homeschoolers and independent study students in the Camarillo area. It will be held at a private home that is located on a Monarch butterfly sanctuary. We will be teaching our K-12 participants about food, where it comes from, and how to grow it themselves using self-watering containers made from recycled and inexpensive materials. Instructional content is tied to the Common Core and STEM education.
Thanks to a donation of recycled of materials, the cost of this event is approximately half of what it would normally be. Per child price is $12, prepaid at time of registration.
Bookings are closed for this event.
